The landscape of education is shifting. While online learning has become a necessity, it often lacks the dynamic, real-time feedback of a physical classroom. How do we bridge this gap and create digital learning environments that are not just accessible, but truly engaging?
Enter the Virtual Auditorium project. This forward-looking Erasmus+ initiative, coordinated by TU Berlin, aims to revolutionize the quality of online teaching. The project is developing an AI-supported tool that integrates directly into existing Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle. By using advanced analytics, this tool goes beyond simple video conferencing to evaluate and enhance how learners engage with content and with each other. The goal is to provide educators with the real-time data they need to improve student participation and learning outcomes, making virtual education a more powerful and effective experience for everyone.
