At Infinitivity Design Labs, we are thrilled to be a key participant in the EU funded CONVERT project. This innovative project focuses on creating short-term training modules to boost digital skills essential for today’s digital economy. It aims to reskill recent non-ICT graduates and upskill junior employees, preparing them for emerging jobs or new tasks in their current roles.
The CONVERT project, spearheaded by a consortium of leading educational institutions and industry partners across Europe, aims to address the acute shortage of digital skills that has been exacerbated by the rapid digital transformation spurred by the COVID-19 pandemic. Our mission is to develop a robust reskilling program that will equip recent non-ICT graduates and early-career professionals with the critical digital competencies required in today’s tech-driven economy.
Our role within the CONVERT project is multifaceted, focusing on the practical application of digital education through cutting-edge methodologies. We are actively involved in developing flexible training modules that are designed to be both comprehensive and accessible. These modules are geared towards instilling essential digital skills such as data analytics, AI, IoT, and cybersecurity.
Through our participation in CONVERT, we aim to directly impact the career trajectories of individuals by providing them with the skills needed to thrive in digital domains. As CONVERT progresses, we are excited to contribute to the transformative impacts of this project.
Stay tuned to our website and updates for more information on our activities within the CONVERT project and how we continue to shape the future of digital education.
