PreschoolABA developed a digital, evidence-based training experience to help preschool teachers better understand and manage children’s behaviour. Work Package 3, led by Infinitivity Design Labs, focused on creating interactive, branching narrative modules that place teachers in realistic classroom scenarios based on the four functions of behaviour.
Through research, interviews, and collaboration with European partners, the team identified key challenges faced by educators—particularly those supporting autistic children—and translated these insights into educator personas and authentic scenarios. The modules were iteratively designed, tested with real teachers, and refined based on feedback. Delivered in multiple languages, the final result is a cohesive interactive learning experience that allows teachers to practice decision-making, reflect, and build confidence in a safe digital environment.
