Technical scientific support in the creation of journey maps: preliminary support in methodology and formatting of journey maps
Project Context
This task is part of Activity A 1.3 “Méthodologie «Des expériences qui comptent»” of the HENKO NET project. The project utilizes a hybrid methodology called Value-Centered Patient Experience Analysis, focusing on patient care and planning improvements. The methodology analyzes patient journeys across healthcare establishments using Patient Experience Design and Design Thinking techniques.
Scope of Work
The contractor will provide feedback to IDL regarding:
- Structure of patient journey map presentations
- Formatting of patient journey map presentations
- 1 week duration of contract
The work will support:
- Creation of 7 experience maps (EX maps) for service beneficiaries
- Analysis of touchpoints between patients, their families, and health/social services
- Documentation of stakeholder values, motivations, preferences, and emotional experiences
- Integration with findings from patient interviews (70 total) and cocreation groups
Qualification Criteria
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in User Experience design for at least one member of the company
Demonstrated expertise in journey mapping methodologies
Education:
At least one team member must hold an MSc or equivalent degree in: Human Computer Interaction, OR
Communication Systems
Language:
Capability to communicate in English
