MOBIUS

The MOBIUS project (Młodzieżowi Brokerzy Innowacji Społecznych, or Youth Brokers of Social Innovation) is an Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership in Youth (2024–2026) led by the Linking Foundation (Poland). It brings together organizations from France, Spain, Greece, and Bulgaria to empower young people as agents of social innovation, especially those from disadvantaged or marginalized backgrounds.

MOBIUS addresses the gap between youth creativity and structured opportunities for social impact by building a model for Youth Social Innovation Brokers—young leaders who can connect local challenges with innovative, sustainable solutions. The project’s target audience includes young people (18–30) facing barriers to employment or education, youth workers, and community organizations supporting them. It aims to strengthen young people’s capacity to co-create solutions for societal needs through innovation, entrepreneurship, and civic participation.

The project’s outcomes focus on competence development, digital empowerment, and community engagement. Key deliverables include:

  • A European competence map for Youth Innovation Brokers.

  • The MOBIUS Inspiration and Education Programme, combining e-learning and in-person activities.

  • An online platform and social network to connect youth innovators and mentors across Europe.

  • Practical training workshops and pilot testing to refine the MOBIUS learning modules.

IDL plays a central role in designing and implementing the project’s digital learning and engagement tools. It leads the development of the MOBIUS e-learning platform and the digital toolkit, ensuring that training materials are interactive, inclusive, and user-centered. IDL also contributes to the Design Thinking Workshop, helps create the digital content architecture, and ensures that technological aspects align with the project’s pedagogical goals and accessibility standards.
