The HENKO NET project is an innovation project funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) for a 3-year period (2023-2026), as part of the INTERREG VI-B SUDOE program. It brings together 9 partners from 3 countries (France, Spain and Portugal) and 5 territories (Castilla y León, Aragón, Bizkaia, Norte Region Portugal, Nouvelle Aquitaine).
This project aims to innovate in the field of palliative care, particularly at home, through a collaborative, co-constructed approach.
To achieve this, we want to create a community of knowledge and practice, the HENKO community, bringing together the various players involved in palliative care in the five territories concerned.
This HENKO community will enable us to develop the knowledge and skills of players working in this field; to co-construct and test innovative and facilitating digital solutions; to fuel the organizational transformation of palliative care; in order to facilitate the development of integrated, continuous and evolving care, in patients’ homes or in community living spaces.
